Enderley Pictures is an ambitious, award-winning production company focused on unscripted content.


Our range encompasses digital content, television documentaries and feature-length films. 


Through our agility, and cutting edge approach, we have garnered a reputation as one of the countries most promising new indies, and we are constantly forging new pathways in the industry.


With a focus on groundbreaking, genre-defining content, no two productions are the same, and constant innovation is at the core of our growth. We go where other companies can’t, and explore topics other filmmaker’s daren't.

We're looking for a self-starter who will feel comfortable leading the curation of a brand new development slate, and can create and pitch ideas for broadcasters and SVODs. 

Our ideal candidate has experience finding, developing and pitching ideas that lead to commissions.

We're really keen to hear from Development AP's and Producers who are excited by working with high level talent, and coming up with ambitious ideas for documentaries and factual formats.

In the past we've worked on productions of all shapes and sizes, across countless topics.


Whether it's secret investigations, innovative formats, or sports like you've never seen it before, we're constantly at the helm of loud, striking content that leaves an impact.

With particular success in features and digital, we're keen to branch out more expansively into the broadcast and SVOD arena, and are looking for someone to come on board who can steer this new direction, and bring their own ideas to the table.

We're keen to hear from people of all stages in their career, and are open to flexible working arrangements. The role is initially remote working.

As part of our commitment to diverse representation in television, we’re particularly interested in hearing from women and underrepresented minorities.

Starting at the beginning of February, an initial contract will run for six months, with a view to extend further.
